Free Shipping Minimum

We offer free shipping to Singapore addresses for purchases above $29.90SGD. Below the minimum purchase, the standard shipping fee is $8SGD.

We offer free shipping to West Malaysia addresses for purchases above $200MYR. Below the minimum purchase, the standard shipping fee is $10SGD (About $34MYR)

How Long Will My Delivery Take? 

You may select standard shipping or next day delivery option upon checkout. 

Standard Shipping:

It takes 3-5 working days to deliver your package to a Singapore address.  

It takes 7-10 working days to deliver your international package to a West Malaysia address. 

During seasonal sales periods like the 11.11 campaign, you may expect a slight delay. 

Specific Day / Next Day Delivery (Only for Singapore):

Single-trip delivery options are available on work days. Please leave a note on your preferred date of delivery. The cut-off time for your order is 12pm the day before. 

Standard Shipping

If you check out by the on-site standard shipping method, your package will be sent via couriers (e.g. J&T/Ninjavan). Prior to a delivery attempt, you will receive a tracking code from our courier partner, and also an email/text notification on the date of delivery. You will be asked if you accept contactless delivery from the driver.

Under the standard shipping method, our courier partner will add your package into its system to generate the driver's route in the most efficient way possible. As such, we are unable to push the driver to expedite your order or specify the date/time of your delivery.

Rest assured if you were to miss the delivery as you will have up to three delivery attempts. 

Specific Day/Next-day Delivery (Single Trip)

If you have a specific date/time requirement for your package, need your purchase urgently, or to make a better impression (for gifting), we recommend that you choose this option available upon checking out.

Please write a note on your preferred date of delivery. Our single-trip delivery service operates only during office hours on a work day. 

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm your request and assign our driver to send your package to your destination in a single trip. This is the best way to time your delivery and keep your package as pristine as possible when it arrives at your destination. 

Damages and Issues

If the purchased products are received in damaged food packaging or if you receive wrong items, please send us the photos so that we can evaluate and make it right for you. 

Return, Exchange and Refund

If you wish to request for exchange or refund, please contact us through email (hello@heychips.com) within 7 days from your date of receipt with your photos and descriptions. We will send you instructions to send your purchased products back to us in their original conditions.

In the case of an exchange, we will send you the new products as per your request at no extra cost. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know as soon as the exchange/refund is approved.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like an opened pack of chips, or personalised items (e.g. gift card). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
